Because the item is quite huge and heavy, they are separated into 4 or 6 boxes. Thus, it's normal that boxes arrive at different time. If you want all tracking number, please contact our email down below.

We are sorry to say that only the SCM-180 supports weight expansion on the market currently. The weights on the other models are fixed and cannot be increased.

Don't worry though, because they drive the weight through a pulley set, so the actual training weight is much more than it marked.

We are sorry for currently not being able to find a company come to every customers' home to install this machine.

But every machine are originally designed to be easy-installed.
